BAJRA CHEELA

Ingredients 1 carrot 1 capsicum 1 small cup finely chopped spinach 1 small cup finely chopped coriander and fenugreek leaves 1 onion Salt as per taste Red chilly powder Jeera Powder Coriander Powder Water Bajra Flour Method In a mixing bowl add chopped veggies , bajra flour and spices. Add water and mix well till you get smooth runny paste. Grease the non stick pan with little oil and spread the batter. let it cook from both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney
