Ingredients 1 carrot 1 capsicum 1 small cup finely chopped spinach 1 small cup finely chopped coriander and fenugreek leaves1 onion Salt as per tasteRed chilly powderJeera PowderCoriander PowderWaterBajra FlourMethodIn a mixing bowl add chopped veggies , bajra flour and spices. Add water and mix well till you get smooth runny paste. Grease the non stick pan with little oil and spread the batter. let it cook from both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney
